Applications Open & Info Session
The application consists of your basic information, two essay questions, and your resume. An information session will be held before the deadline to learn more.

Interviews Begin

2. End of March
Applications Close
Submit your application by the deadline to be considered. Ensure all required documents and information are provided to highlight your skills and experiences effectively.
4. Late April
Final Decisions & First Meeting
Candidates will receive final decisions via email. Selected members will receive details on the next steps, including the new member meeting and group introductions.
Frequently Asked Questions
What majors do you accept?
Our application is open to all majors. Our members major in everything from Real Estate to Biological Engineering to Political Science and everything in between.
Which grades can apply?
Although our new classes are primarily rising sophomores, we also accept juniors, seniors, and graduate students during our recruiting cycles. However, we place higher expectations on older students' applications.
When is the recruitment process?
The recruiting process begins in March and ends in April. You can stay up to date on our recruiting by following us on Instagram and LinkedIn or checking our website for updates on the timeline.
Do I need prior consulting experience to apply?
No! There is no requirement for prior experience. Interviewees will be provided with resources and are welcome to attend our case workshop to learn about case interviews and ask questions.
How do the interviews work?
After the application deadline, select applicants will be invited to interview. There will only be one round consisting of a 30-minute behavioral interview and a 30-minute case interview. Interviewees are highly encouraged to attend the case workshop.
